Description

The first part (DP1) of a two part beer-line cleaning and disinfecting process for commercial and domestic draught beer systems. It removes beer-stone and kills the bacteria in beer-line. DP1 and DP2 (Code 9132B5!) together will consistently remove weekly build up from beer reticulation systems, leaving lines hygienically clean and free from bacteria that can cause bad tasting beer. It is essential for naturally brewed beer. It's characteristics include:

Dilution Reccommendations:

Hand Mixing - Mix 80mls of DP1 and 80mls of DP2 to every 5 litres of water (working solution). It is important to mix DP1 and DP2 separately into the water. Pull working solution through the beer lines and soak for minimum 2 hour or over night for best results.
Flush solution from beer lines with clean water.
Bracton Beer Line Cleaning System - Clean as per instructions. Ensure pick up tubes are in the drum, free of cracks and are weighted
to the bottom of the drum.
